We're looking for a Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator to join our internal team in Appleton. In this role, you'll recruit, interview, and place candidates in office and professional positions while providing exceptional service to both clients and employees. Every day is different, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and making a positive impact.

This is a Direct Hire, permanent position.

Location: Appleton, WI (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Recruit and source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and other recruiting platforms
• Review resumes and conduct phone screens and in-person interviews
• Match qualified candidates with open positions and submit them to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and clients
• Coordinate hiring activities and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Manage multiple openings while keeping recruiting efforts organized and on schedule
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the hiring process

What We're Looking For

• Office and customer service experience in a professional office environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Comfortable learning new technology with accurate data entry and computer skills
• Stable work history preferred
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others succeed
