Job Summary
This On-Site Services Specialist role focuses on high-volume mail sorting, digital document processing and archiving, copying, shipping/receiving, and general workflow support. The position requires strong attention to detail, adaptability, and customer service skills. It offers the opportunity for permanent employment after 320 hours worked.

Daily Duties

·         High-volume mail sorting

·         Digital document processing and archiving

·         Facilitating daily workflow and maintaining related paperwork/logs

 

Physical Requirements

·         Lifting mail trays and boxes (up to 50 lbs, though rare; assistance available)

·         Standing while sorting mail (sitting is an option)

 

Success Profile

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Reliable transportation

·         Ability to adapt and quickly learn new processes

·         Document scanning experience

·         Mail sorting experience

·         Digital document processing experience

·         High level of quality checking for documents

·         Flexible schedule

·         Ability to build on current processes

·         Ability to work effectively with multiple personalities

·         Professional experience
