As a Caregiver or CNA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents in our Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s). We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team on a Weekend Day Shift.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance
• Implement resident plans of care, documenting nursing services and supporting residents in maintaining their dignity
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and engaging environment
