Logistics Coordinator

Are you passionate about optimizing movement and making things happen behind the scenes? As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our Global Logistics Organization, ensuring raw materials and finished goods move efficiently across our network. You'll balance cost, speed, and quality, making smart transportation decisions that directly impact customer satisfaction.

Join us at our Davidson, NC office for an energized, in-person workweek from Monday to Thursday, with Fridays offering flexibility-choose where you work best and recharge your way.

Smart Shipment Planning

• Design and execute shipment plans using Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Ensure every shipment is accounted for, scheduled, and assigned with precision.

On-Time, Every Time

• Partner with carriers and facilities to guarantee timely pickups and smooth deliveries.
• Keep operations flowing by proactively addressing delays and disruptions.

Optimize the Journey

• Apply truckload optimization and routing strategies to maximize efficiency.
• Continuously identify smarter, faster, and more cost-effective ways to move goods.

Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate directly with customers to align delivery schedules.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.

Continuous Improvement Champion

• Lead and support initiatives that reduce transportation costs and enhance processes.
• Contribute to logistics projects that elevate operational performance.

Team Player Mindset

• Step in to support fellow transportation coordinators when needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities that help the broader team succeed.

What You Bring

Background & Experience

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems is a plus.

Core Strengths

• Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proven collaboration skills you work well across teams

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Communication Skills

• Clear, confident communicator with the ability to engage customers, vendors, and peers effectively

Pay Range*: $2500 - $28.27 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
