Position Summary The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for administratively supporting the development and execution of marketing programs and promotional aligned with Team Air's products and services. This role coordinates the planning and success of training sessions and team events, manages website content updates, and ensures timely scheduling of internal and special events. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for addressing customer inquiries and supporting sales team requests, while maintaining consistent brand messaging and enhancing overall marketing effectiveness. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests from the Sales Team Coordinate and manage training programs, including scheduling, communications, and follow-up activities, in collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners Plan and execute internal and customer events, overseeing logistics and ensuring successful delivery Administer marketing programs, advertising requests, and promotional initiatives for customers and internal teams in partnership with Regional Marketing Specialists Manage manufacturer co-op programs, including claims submission, reimbursement tracking, documentation, and compliance Support regional and companywide marketing initiatives through communications, promotional materials, and campaign coordination Maintain and update the company website and digital marketing platforms to ensure accurate and consistent messaging Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to support decision-making Assist with sales planning, reporting, and special projects that drive business objectives Identify opportunities to support growth and expand market presence in developing territories Preferred Skills Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies. Experience managing digital platforms, including Google Business Profile, Apple Business Connect, social media channels, and online reputation tools. Proficiency in content creation and graphic design using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs. Self-motivated and accountable, with a high level of ownership and follow-through. Resourceful team player with a flexible approach and willingness to support cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and results. Must be proficient in both Windows and Mac operating systems. Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or the HVAC/home services industry is preferred but not required. Working Conditions Completely based in office. It is a temperature-controlled environment. May include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
