Employment Type Full-time Requirements Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Montana. Clinical Skill Set: Strong hands-on hygiene competencies with sharp attention to detail. Anesthetic Preference: A valid Montana Local Anesthesia License is highly preferred to ensure maximum patient comfort during deep cleanings. Core Personality: Upbeat, people-oriented, and highly dependable. Must possess a flexible/adaptable mindset and a genuine passion for collaborative teamwork. Job Description Proactive Periodontal Therapy: Take charge of a proactive hygiene department focused on identifying, treating, and managing periodontal conditions. Patient Wellness Education: Build positive, trust-based relationships with patients, thoroughly educating them on their specific oral health indicators and treatment paths. Clinical Excellence: Perform precision dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and therapeutic preventive care. Comfort & Local Anesthetic Delivery: Ensure a painless, highly comfortable patient experience (safely administering local anesthesia as required by treatment plans). Team Collaboration: Seamlessly coordinate with our skilled, friendly dentists and administrative staff to manage a productive daily clinical flow.
