Join one of the nations largest hyperscale AI data center construction projects! Our client is seekingLicensed Journeyman Electriciansfor a long-term, direct-hire opportunity on a major mission-critical facility inSanta Teresa, NM. Per Diem Available!

Compensation & Schedule
-Pay is up to $65 and hour, with a per diem available for those that qualify of $1,121 per Week.Over time is double time pay!
-Schedule:6 days/week, 5 10-hour shifts and 1 8-hour shift
-Overtime:All overtime paid atDouble Time (DT)
-Duration:Long-term project expected to run throughthe end of 2027
-Toolallowance, Klein hand tool kit, and Milwaukee M18/M12 Power Pack (over the course of employment)
-Employment Type:Direct Hire

Primary Responsibilities
-Install EMT, RMC, PVC conduit, cable tray, and support systems.
-Pull, route, terminate, and test power and control wiring.
-Install switchgear, transformers, panelboards, disconnects, and electrical distribution equipment.
-Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and electrical schematics.
-Assist with equipment installation, startup, and commissioning.

Requirements
-CurrentNew Mexico Journeyman Electrician LicenseOR New Mexico license reciprocityfrom a qualifying state/ability to obtain.
-OSHA10 required
-Applicants pursuing reciprocity may begin work while their New -Mexico license is being processed. The project allows qualified electricians to work for up to30 daysduring the licensing process, provided proof of the reciprocity application has been submitted.

Minimum Requirements
-Minimum 4+ yearsof commercial or industrial electrical experience.
-Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
-Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
-Experience with conduit installation, cable tray, wire pulling, terminations, and electrical equipment installation.
-Must have standard electrician hand tools.
-Ability to work a 6-day/10-hour schedulewith all overtime paid at Double Time (DT).
-Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings and project onboarding
