Depending on which day of the month you start, the guarantee will last between 60-90 days. Collaborate with our finance and insurance teams to make the buying process as smooth and efficient as possible. Stay at the cutting edge of the automotive industry, keeping up with trends, new products, and competitor offerings. What We’re Looking for in You We want passionate individuals with the following traits: Automotive Sales experience is not required—we’ll train the right person! Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for making customers feel heard and valued. A customer‑first mentality and a desire to go above and beyond to exceed expectations. A passion for the automotive industry and a hunger to stay updated on the latest products and trends. Great negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
