Data AnalystOnsite to start and then hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote) in Raritan NJ supporting J&J Supply Chain1 year+ contract with probability of extensionThis position may be offered to a candidate authorized to work in the US for his/her/their stated employer, without any restrictions which would prevent the candidate from working on the proposed assignment for the duration of the assignment period.Description:We are looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for analytics, finance, and supply chain management. It would be ideal to have a candidate with supply chain and medical devices data experience.Experience:o Proven experience in quantitative modeling, data analysis, and risk assessment.o Familiarity with supply chain modeling, optimization, and logistics is a plus.o Experience with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques.o Strong understanding of financial markets and investment principles.o Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.Technical Skills:o Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or MATLAB.o Proficiency in statistical software.o Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).o Strong mathematical and statistical foundation.Soft Skills:o Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.o Strong communication skills to explain complex models clearly.o Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
