Sales/Branch Manager – Building Products & Services San Fernando Valley, CA | Total comp between 140-170k+ Profit Share | Car Allowance We are hiring a driven, relationship-first Sales Manager to lead business development for our San Fernando Valley branch. This is a high-earning opportunity for someone who knows how to open doors, build lasting client relationships, and grow a book of business in the building products and services space .This is not a management-heavy seat. It is a hunter role with real upside. You will own BD for the branch and be rewarded directly for what you build What You Will Be Doi ngYou will build and grow relationships with the clients who matter most to our branc h:Property management companies and commercial building owners with ongoing maintenance and compliance needs School districts and public agencies requiring life safety and code-compliant solutions (we have active work across 60+ schools in the Long Beach area) Large-scale commercial facilities and venues (including stadium-level accounts) General contractors and facilities teams in need of reliable building products and service partne rsYou will identify new opportunities, set meetings, present solutions, close deals, and then make sure the client stays yours for the long ru What We Are Looking For3 or more years of B2B sales experience in building products, facilities services, door and hardware, life safety, construction services, or a related trade Proven track record selling to property managers, school districts, municipalities, or commercial building owners Self-starter who does not need to be managed into activity Strong communicator who can work a room and follow up without being told Familiarity with the San Fernando Valley market is a strong plus Existing relationships in any of our core verticals will be noti ced Why This RoleMost sales roles cap your earning potential.
