This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll build the digital engine behind our brand and growth efforts, turning strategy into always-on performance across paid, organic, web, email, and marketing technology.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll work closely with Growth, Brand, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, making sure every digital touchpoint is optimized to generate attention, engagement, and measurable business impact.If you think in funnels and channels but never lose sight of the brand, and you're excited by the challenge of building world-class digital marketing for a fast-moving cybersecurity company, we'd love to meet you.**What You'll Be Doing*** Own and scale our digital marketing strategy across paid media, SEO/organic, website, email, marketing automation, and ABM programs* Build and manage the digital marketing budget, allocating spend across channels to maximize pipeline and ROI* Lead demand generation programs end-to-end - from targeting and creative to landing pages, nurture flows, and conversion optimization* Own the website and digital properties as a growth engine - continuously testing, optimizing, and improving performance* Define, track, and report on KPIs across the full funnel: traffic, engagement, MQLs, pipeline, and revenue contribution* Manage marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, attribution) and ensure clean, actionable data* Partner with Brand and Content to translate creative and messaging into high-performing digital campaigns* Stay ahead of digital trends, platforms, and AI-powered marketing tools, and bring new channels and tactics into the mix* Manage agencies, freelancers, and external digital partners**What We're Looking For*** 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, including leadership experience* Experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or another fast-moving technology category* Proven track record of building and scaling digital programs that generated measurable pipeline and revenue impact* Deep expertise across paid media, SEO, marketing automation, email, and web/CRO* Strong analytical skills - comfortable defining KPIs, analyzing funnel performance, and making data-driven decisions* Experience owning and managing a marketing budget* Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4)* Strong project management skills with the ability to run multiple programs and campaigns simultaneously* Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Sales, Growth, Brand, and RevOps**Bonus Points For*** Experience building digital marketing functions from the ground up or at high-growth startups* Hands-on familiarity with AI tools for campaign optimization, personalization, and marketing analytics* Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs* Background managing agencies and multiple external vendors simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
