TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Human Resource Specialist with at least 1 year of HR experience . This role will work closely with managers on open requisitions, coordinate interviews, handle onboarding, and provide general HR support.
The position offers opportunities to cross-train in benefits administration, payroll, and Employee Relations , so experience in one or more of these areas is preferred.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of HR experience
- Recruiting, onboarding, or HR generalist experience preferred
- Benefits, payroll, and/or Employee Relations experience a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a big plus
