Valence Care is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven individual to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent in the industry. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in healthcare recruiting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a homecare setting and have an understanding of the credentialing requirements for Nursing and Rehab staff. Please note this position is fully onsite Responsibilities & Duties Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruitment platforms to advertise job openings Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management Qualifications & Skills At least 5 years of prior experience in healthcare recruitment or staffing High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred Strong understanding of healthcare industry roles and requirements Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with standard hiring and onboarding practices within a healthcare organization Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 401k + Company match Paid Holidays.
