Traveling Construction LaborerGet Paid to Learn a Skilled Trade + Travel

Looking to grow your career in construction? We’re hiring Traveling Construction Laborers who are ready to work hard, learn new skills, and be part of a team.

No advanced experience required — we will train you on everything you need to know.

All you need is basic construction or general labor experience and a willingness to learn.

• Assist with construction and installation projects, including:
  • Minor concrete work
  • Wood posts and I-beam foundations
  • Steel erection
• Perform general labor tasks:
  • Site prep, material handling, cleanup
  • Basic repairs and carpentry tasks
• Safely use hand and power tools (training provided)
• Help set and secure structural components
• Work closely with your crew to complete projects safely and efficiently

• Travel 40–50 weeks per year with a crew
• Typically away for up to a week — home most weekends
• Company vehicles provided
• Paid one-way drive time from the shop
• Hotel + per diem covered for overnight travel
• Expect consistent overtime

• Basic construction or general labor experience
• Willingness to learn — we provide hands-on training
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Lift up to 100 lbs regularly
• Stand/walk 8–10 hours per day
• Bend, kneel, and climb as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a team
• Valid driver’s license

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Princeville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Princeville,IL.
