Production Supervisor – San Lorenzo, CA

$70,000–$90,000 | 1:00 a.m. Shift

ParkerBeth Search Partners is hiring a Production Supervisor for a growing food manufacturing organization supporting school nutrition and community meal programs. This person will oversee daily production across assigned lines, kitchen, and oven areas while leading employees, managing labor performance, and ensuring production goals are met safely and on schedule.

This is an immediate need, so early applications will receive priority.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead production employees and team leads
• Set staffing and workflow based on daily production plans
• Track schedules, labor efficiency, productivity, and KPIs
• Coach employees and develop frontline leaders
• Enforce food safety, GMP, PPE, quality, and safety procedures
• Resolve production issues and minimize disruptions
• Maintain production documentation and reports
• Work with FSQA, Maintenance, and Warehouse

What You Bring:

• At least four years of direct production supervisory experience
• Food production or food manufacturing experience
• Experience managing staffing, labor, KPIs, and employee performance
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of GMP, food safety, and workplace safety
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Ability to work at 1:00 a.m. with potential overtime and schedule flexibility

This position operates in a cold manufacturing environment and requires prolonged standing, frequent physical movement, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Schedule flexibility may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime.
