Production Supervisor

We believe that a variety of backgrounds makes our team stronger and more innovative.Are You a Match?Required Qualifications:Minimum of five years industry related experience and/or training within a distribution or industrial production environment.A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience.Proficiency in the operation of a forklift (appropriate certifications will be maintained).Preferred Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.Prefer prior technical experience with compressed gases, gas analysis and gas lab equipment.Prior experience utilizing SAP preferred.Intermediate knowledge of Google suite applications (GMAIL, Drive, Sheets, etc.).Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of how to leverage metrics to improve production effectiveness.Ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets.Ability to contribute effectively to a fast-paced environment and meet team deadlines.The hourly base pay range for this position in California is $75,000 - $90,000.
