Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote telehealth setting based in Framingham, Massachusetts. Working scheduled hours from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you'll reach clients in the comfort of their homes, breaking down barriers to access high-quality mental health services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients’ needs and establish personalized therapy goals tailored to their unique situations.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to foster personal growth and healing.

• Maintain meticulous, confidential documentation of all patient interactions and therapeutic interventions in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

• Regularly evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Actively connect patients with community resources and additional therapeutic options to support their journey beyond therapy.

• Deliver psychotherapy services to a diverse client base, ranging from adolescents coping with anxiety to adults facing life transitions.

• Document detailed accounts of therapies conducted and patient engagements in compliance with best practices in mental health documentation.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance, including crisis intervention and support, as required.

You will be working with a diverse array of clients who face various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related challenges, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a must.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of relevant post-graduate experience delivering mental health counseling services is preferred.
