Work Environment\n

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts and rotating weekends.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for a broad range of specialized duties aimed at supporting students with diverse special needs:

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of students with various emotional and educational challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that target key issues related to mental health, emotional stability, and integration into the school environment.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, trauma, and learning disabilities.

• Offer crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, helping to stabilize situations and provide immediate support.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops for students and their families, fostering understanding of mental health conditions and available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clientele will include students with a range of special needs, particularly those with ASD, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, ADHD, and experiences of trauma. Qualifications\n

To qualify for the LCSW position, candidates must meet the following educational and licensure requirements:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
