Maintenance Director: Lead Facility Excellence

Vandalia Healthcare & Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead our facility upkeep and safety efforts. You will oversee maintenance operations, supervise staff, and maintain detailed records to ensure reliable service for residents. Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent, with painting and general repair experience considered a plus.
