Ideal candidates will be ready to grow their career in facilities and office services, and to take advantage of internal opportunities at IST Management for training and development toward advancement into full time and management roles.The Opportunity: This is an assignment based, part-time, on-call, direct hire role with IST Management Services, performing office services work 8 to 30 hours per week.Minimum assignment length is 8 hours with a 1-hour/30-minute lunchAssignment length may range from one day up to multiple weeksAccepting all assignments is not mandatoryAll locations will be centralized around the Orange County, CA area, no more than one location per dayPosition will involve cross training for multiple functions and sitesDress code is business professional/casual based on responsibilitiesCompensation: $17.00/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday with hours ranging from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. IST Management has also been included in the INC 5000 list!Responsibilities This is an assignment based, part-time, on-call, direct hire role with IST Management Services working throughout the Orange County Area. Work ranges from package delivery to office work (Reception Desk Coverage, Printing, Scanning, etc.).Mail Operations - Sorting and processing incoming mail; preparing and posting outgoing mailPackage Operations - Sorting, entering and delivering incoming packages; preparing and processing outgoing packagesCopier Services - Handling incoming copy, scan, print and binding requestsCorporate Hospitality - Taking ownership of environment presentation and assistance with catering and eventsRecords Management - Scanning and physical filingCustomer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environmentPerform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needsQualifications Ideal candidates will have related experience and an interest in cross-training in a variety of operations.High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer and Internet savvyMust have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problemsReliable transportation to and from workAbility to lift up to 55 pounds on occasionStanding for long periods of time; significant walkingIST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
