Day Shift: 07:00 - 17:30; Requires working one weekend shift per month minimum, with a preference for increased weekend flexibility.

Job Description

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist, providing therapy services to patients within our comprehensive rehabilitation facility. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with an experienced team, utilize advanced therapy equipment, and engage in patient-focused protocols to ensure optimal recovery experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and improve quality of life for patients.
• Facilitate team conferences and family training for enhanced patient outcomes.
• Utilize adaptive devices and equipment to support patient rehabilitation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Occupational Therapist license.
• Active BLS certification.
• Critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills.
• Weekend flexibility and willingness to work on the IRF unit.
• Hospital or IRF experience and stroke/neuro experience are highly preferred.
