Location: 701 Crossroads, Blvd, Logan Township, NJ 08085 . This position is performed onsite at one of the Company's operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.

Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $115,280 - $144,100 , with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate's tenure in the position of $115,280 - $172,920 . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.

Shift: TBD . Hours subject to change based on business needs.

Employment Logistics:


As the Senior Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the Regional Director. You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership as well as overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around managing personnel, implementing strategic processes, and sustaining a positive work culture within the warehouse.

The Must-Haves:

• GED/Diploma required, bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred
• A minimum of 5 years' management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
• Strong organization and time-management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

Work Environment / Physical Requirements:

• You will regularly need to talk or listen.
• You will frequently need to stand, walk, sit, and use your hands to handle or feel.
• The physical activity associated with this position is considered high. You will regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• You are occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.

• Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly. Systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers
• Responsible for coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions
• Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability to the operating agreement

• You bring mechanical work experience that helps you contribute quickly to maintenance, repair, and inspection work.
• You apply knowledge of OSHA requirements in daily work practices.
• You maintain a flexible schedule to support 24-hour operations, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• You stay dependable and adaptable as business needs, staffing needs, and workload shifts.

The salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at OnTrac, and the actual base salary offered may vary depending on several factors including, but not limited to: Geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, job-related skills and competencies, market alignment, and financial considerations.
