Title: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse
Location: Goldsboro, NC
Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | Nights | 3 days/week
Hours: 36 hours/week
Pay: $33.00–$54.45/hour + applicable differentials

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, safe, and comprehensive care to laboring and surgical patients in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor laboring patients throughout the delivery process.
• Assist with and circulate during C-sections.
• Recover labor and surgical patients.
• Provide patient education, assessment, and individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical safety standards.
  

Requirements

• Previous Labor & Delivery RN experience required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience.
• Active North Carolina RN license .
• Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN required.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, NIHSS, and CPI-A required.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
  

Additional

• Night shift differential: +$6.00/hour
• Weekend differential: +$10.00/hour
