Your Role This role demands reliability, professionalism, and strong situational awareness to uphold the integrity of the security team at this critical location. As a Dispatcher, you will: Respond to all phone calls from security guards and clients. Dispatchers will be responding to text messages from security guards and clients. Guards will be monitoring security cameras. Respond promptly to all of the above while working as a team. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Write detailed incident reports and stay familiar with our reporting systems. What We're Looking For To qualify as a Dispatcher, candidates must: Be at least 18 years old. Type a minimum of 40wpm. Pass a background check. Have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Great observation and attention to detail.
