About The Role This is an extraordinary opportunity to join our founding Los Angeles team. In this hands‑on role, you will bring rigor to the development of clinical operations in our largest clinic yet, maintain and support a strong and inclusive organizational culture, and collaborate across clinical, finance, technology, care coordination, hospitality, content, events, and experience teams to drive excellence. As a pediatric registered nurse at Atria, you will be providing personalized, exceptional health care to our pediatric members. Your essential job duties include: Partner with pediatricians and advanced care practitioners to provide preventive, primary, and urgent care in members’ homes and at the institute Provide highly personalized nursing care activities for pediatric patients, building strong relationships with members Perform minor procedures such as vaccinations, phlebotomy, and insertion of peripheral IVs for medication administration under a provider’s direction Perform point‑of‑care testing in the home, including rapid COVID, flu, and strep tests Collect and process samples using lab equipment located at the institute Compile visit summaries and complete required forms and paperwork for members Perform administrative and clerical tasks related to clinical practice, such as inventorying medication, ordering supplies, or scheduling visits Communicate with primary care and specialty staff in a team‑based model of care Educate members about Atria member offerings (medication kits, telemedicine tools) and acute and chronic condition care, such as inhaler use Triage member calls for possible sick visits Maintain professional licenses, certifications, DEA certification, state requirements, and national certifying agency credentials Document and appropriately maintain medical records for members Compensation $110,000 – $130,000, depending on years of experience.
