Compensation Package
- Competitive base salary ranging from $50,000 to $200,000+, depending on experience.
- Attractive commission splits, competitive with industry standards (e.g., 40/30 or better).
- Opportunity to work with a $5MM budget, reflecting our commitment to investing in top talent.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio within your designated territory.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with local offices and recruiters to align strategies and achieve regional goals.
- Deliver consistent production numbers and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proven track record as a successful sales producer in your respective field.
- A proven track record of consistent job tenure in previous roles is required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal training and hit the ground running.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo a rigorous interview process to demonstrate expertise and fit.
