What You'll Do

• Float within the PCU or to other units of similar or lower acuity within the hospital system
• Manage patient care for a diverse adult patient population, with patient ratios of approximately 1:3-4
• IV starts, telemetry, and EPIC charting experience required
• Provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support patient recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adapt to various unit workflows and patient needs during your shift

What You Need Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care RN experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, and EPIC electronic medical records

Preferred:

• Experience floating within hospital units
• Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
