Social Media Manager & Content CreatorBerg Hospitality Group is seeking a creative, highly organized Social Media Manager & Content Creator to oversee content and day-to-day social media management for multiple restaurant and hospitality brands.Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role will manage the full social media process-from planning and production to publishing, engagement, and reporting.This Houston-based position requires reliable transportation and regular travel to restaurant locations, events, and photo shoots.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with company priorities, promotions, events, and seasonal campaignsCreate content strategies tailored to each concept's distinct brand voice and visual identityCollaborate with Marketing, Operations, Culinary, Private Events and restaurant teams to identify content opportunitiesCapture and edit photography, short-form video, interviews, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content featuring food, beverages, interiors, team members, events, and guest experiencesProduce platform-specific reels, stories, carousels, graphics and written postsWrite concise, compelling copy tailored to each brand and platformCoordinate professional photography and videography, including creative briefs and shot listsMaintain an organized library of photography, video, and brand assetsSchedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platformsProvide live social media coverage for select events and activationsMonitor and respond to comments, messages, tags and guest inquiries in a timely, professional and on-brand mannerEngage with followers, partners, influencers and community accounts to strengthen relationships and expand reachMonitor trends and test new formats, creative approaches and publishing strategiesTrack growth, engagement, reach, traffic and campaign results and provide concise monthly reportsUse performance insights to continually refine content strategiesSupport paid social media campaigns and budget management, with guidanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field, or equivalent experienceTwo or more years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketingPortfolio demonstrating strong short-form video, photography, editing, and storytelling skillsExperience managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedInStrong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best practicesProficiency with tools such as CapCut, Edits, Lightroom, Canva, or Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent copywriting, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to create distinct content for multiple brands while managing competing deadlinesFriendly, professional, and collaborative approachMust live in the Houston area and have reliable transportationAvailability to occasionally work nights and weekends for events or timely coverage Annabelle Brasserie
