Digital Content Coordinator

Digital Content CoordinatorLove Advertising is looking for a Digital Content Coordinator to join our digital experience team. As a Digital Content Coordinator, you'll be responsible for populating, updating, and maintaining content across client websites. You'll work closely with designers, developers, project managers, and account teams to make sure copy, images, and page updates go live accurately and on schedule. This is a great entry point into digital and web work, with room to grow your skills across CMS platforms, basic web technologies, and agency workflows.Note: Love Advertising has a hybrid work policy requiring weekly time in our physical office. This is not a remote position.What You'll DoUpdate website content, including copy, images, links, and metadata, primarily in WordPressPerform routine site updates, edits, and QA checks across client websitesFormat and structure content for readability, consistency, and on-brand presentationUpload and organize digital assets such as images, documents, and media filesProofread content for accuracy, spelling, grammar, and adherence to brand and style guidelinesTest pages across browsers and devices to confirm updates display correctlyCollaborate with designers and developers to implement content and layout changesAssist with basic SEO tasks, such as updating meta titles, descriptions, and alt textHelp track and organize content requests, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projectsLearn and apply agency workflows and tools over time, growing into more technical responsibilitiesWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent written communication and proofreading skillsComfort learning new software and web-based toolsBasic understanding of how websites are structured (pages, navigation, links)Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and follow-throughA collaborative, team-oriented mindsetNice to HaveSome exposure to a CMS platform (WordPress or similar)Basic familiarity with HTML (able to read/edit simple tags)Exposure to design tools like Figma, Photoshop, or CanvaCoursework, internship, or project experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related fieldFamiliarity with Google Analytics or Google Workspace toolsBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePerksMedical, dental, and vision coverage for employees401(k) with employer matchHybrid work schedulePTO includes Summer Fridays and a generous holiday calendarLove Advertising is an equal opportunity employer.
