HR ManagerPikemmann is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead onsite HR support for our Dallas facility and customer service team. This role combines hands-on employee relations with strategic workforce planning, coaching, and compliance oversight. The right candidate will be comfortable in a warehouse/distribution setting, able to build credibility with frontline staff and managers alike, and handle employee issues with high-volume recruiting needs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead recruiting, staffing, and onboarding with operations leaders.Manage postings, candidate communication, interviews, and follow-upServe as the primary HR contact for employee relations and workplace investigationsProvide HR guidance aligned with business goals and complianceConduct onboarding and orientation.Candidate Profile7+ years of progressive HR experience (employee relations, investigations, performance management)Experience supporting hourly employees in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments.Strong knowledge of employment law and complianceBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.Preferred: SHRM certification, bilingual (English/Spanish), multi-shift operations experience.
