Child Autism Therapist (Bachelors Degree Required)

Job Description Action Behavior Centers hires caring people to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm (no nights), with optional Saturday shifts as needed. Location: 7000 Caton Farm Rd Suite E & R, Plainfield, IL 60586. Immediate openings available. We provide paid training and cover the RBT certification. No prior experience required; children are 18 months‑8 years old. Pay BA/BS: $17.50–$27 per hour MA: $19–$28 per hour First raise after earning RBT certification.
