Advocate & Case Manager - Reentry Specialist

Amity Foundation in Los Angeles, CA is seeking compassionate Advocates (Case Managers) to join our community and support participants in our therapeutic programs. This role focuses on intake, needs assessment, CMP development, progress monitoring, and referrals to external services within a supportive, recovery-focused environment. As an Advocate, you will maintain comprehensive case records, coordinate with CDCR liaisons, and develop discharge plans to assist participants’ successful re-entry. #J-18808-Ljbffr Amity Foundation
