Insurance Analyst (Contingent Worker)

About the Role

We are seeking an Insurance Analyst to support insurance compliance initiatives within a dynamic business execution environment. In this role, you will contribute to insurance risk and compliance projects, including work related to Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to review insurance documentation, ensure compliance with established policies, and support business processes that mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Support insurance compliance and risk management initiatives.
• Review insurance-related documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Analyze low- to moderate-complexity insurance compliance issues and recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Assist with projects involving Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae insurance requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate insurance coverage, risk exposure, and compliance standards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather information and provide operational support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit and compliance activities.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and risk management guidelines while exercising sound judgment within defined parameters.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in Business Execution, Insurance Operations, Risk Management, Compliance, Strategic Planning, Implementation, or a related field.
• Experience working with insurance risk and commercial insurance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to review and interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting insurance compliance projects related to Freddie Mac and/or Fannie Mae.
• Knowledge of commercial insurance products, risk assessment, and insurance operations.
• Experience working within financial services, mortgage servicing, or regulated industries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, military experience, or professional work experience.
