We're looking for mechanically inclined individuals with hands-on grinding machine operating experience who are interested in advancing their skills. You'll start by operating machines and performing quality checks, with the opportunity to learn machine setup and troubleshooting as your experience grows.

What You'll Do

• Operate grinding machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints to verify products meet print requirements.
• Use standard manufacturing measuring devices to check dimensions and product quality.
• Perform in-process inspections and complete required quality documentation.
• Learn to select appropriate tooling for specific grinding operations.
• Develop machine setup skills and learn to make adjustments for production requirements.
• Identify production issues and participate in developing solutions to improve machine performance and product quality.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hands-on experience operating grinding machines is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning machine setup.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing blueprints.
• Comfortable using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality parts.
• A willingness to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and grow into a more skilled manufacturing role.

Schedule & Pay

• 2nd and 3rd shift openings available.
• $18.00 per hour.
