Job Full Description Our client in Mentor, OH is seeking a skilled and dedicated Press Brake Operator to join their team Key Responsibilities: Set up press brake machines, including installing tools and dies, and calibrating equipment. Program the press brake machine for specific tasks, inputting measurements and specifications. Operate the press brake machine, monitoring the process and making adjustments as needed. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on the press brake machine to ensure optimal performance. Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar metal fabrication role. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Proficient in using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues during the bending process.
