Job Overview Operates company vehicles and provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick up of packages; checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service; provides coverage for all assigned routes within the station’s service area; performs related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned. Full time, Monday-Friday, 6:30‑18:30 . Location: 2035 Taylor Ave, Louisville, Co 80027. Position Deliver Swing Driver Minimum Education High school diploma or GED. Minimum Experience Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must demonstrate area knowledge. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Thorough knowledge or preferred knowledge of the station’s service area. Demonstrated skills in adaptability, dependability, and excellent courier methods. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials and respond to official inquiries in accordance with FMCSA guidance. Job Conditions Neat appearance required; customer contact is required. Must meet and maintain qualifications under federal motor carrier safety regulations. Requires medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license per state requirements and have a good driving record. Non‑covered safety‑sensitive position. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Preferred Qualifications Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 6:30 pm; all shifts based on operational needs. Pay 25.88 – 37.23 per hour, depending on experience, market level, and location.
