BiZZDesign Modeling Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze existing business process documentation and/or workflows through inspection and inquiry with stakeholders. Host discovery sessions with business process owners and SMEs to ascertain a true understanding of the process or sub-process. Perform process modeling and metadata management in BiZZDesign. Intake, track, and maintain process model changes requested by business process owners or process SMEs. Validate all finalized business process models with appropriate owners or stakeholders prior to publishing. Provide finalized and validated process models in alignment with Telecommunications enterprise architecture standards and in accordance with BiZZDesign modeling best practices (BPMN 2.0 and ArchiMate). Provide a single point of contact from Supplier to act as Project Manager (SPM) to work with Telecommunications Project Manager (TPM), or other designated representatives. Weekly and/or monthly status reports as required by TPM. Consult on the expansion and refinement of Telecommunications enterprise architecture framework and standards. Qualifications: Specialized resources with Subject Matter Expertise in business and IT process analysis, well-versed in using Bizzdesign for process modeling. 5+ years of experience with Business Analysis and/or Systems Analysis and/or Data Analysis. 5+ years of experience modeling and decomposing business process flows using BPMN or ArchiMate notation. 5+ years documenting architecture (contextual or solution architecture) using ArchiMate notation. Familiarity with Agile SDLC. Familiarity with TOGAF. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
