If you have experience as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator, Dental Assistant, or in another dental office position , and have had some exposure to treatment coordination, we'd love to hear from you! You don't need to be an expert—we're looking for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to succeed. Whether you've helped present treatment plans, discuss financial options, or coordinate patient care in a busy, hands-on dental office, your experience could be a strong foundation for this opportunity.

Office Hours: 7:00 -6:00 Monday - Friday, no weekends. You will have a 40-hour schedule within these hours that will be assigned after initial training period.

What We're Looking For

• Some dental office experience required.
• Previous Treatment Coordinator experience preferred (even if limited).
• Strong communication skills with a warm, confident, and professional personality.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to build trust with patients.
• Strong math skills are a must. You'll need to accurately calculate treatment plans, insurance estimates, out-of-network benefits, and patient financial responsibilities quickly using a calculator.
• Coachable, motivated, and excited to learn.
