Remote OnVUE Tech Support Coordinator - Advanced Associate

Pearson

Pearson is seeking an OnVUE Technical Support Coordinator (Advanced Associate) to assist candidates and clients through the certification testing process. You will be the escalation point for technical issues, performing live troubleshooting and post-issue research within the Pearson VUE case management system while delivering high-quality customer service.

You will work with a global team, often contacting test takers directly to guide them through steps and provide reassurance.
