Schedule Work a 12‑hour shift on a 2‑2‑3 night shift schedule with three‑day weekends every other weekend. You will work half the month, meaning half the year. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay based on experience, beginning at $23.48/hour + $1.20/hour night shift premium. 401(k) match up to 8%. Job Description As a Machine Assistant, you will produce many types of food packaging. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment and contribute to the production of precision components. Your Responsibilities Include Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities. Read and comprehend production order specifications and requirements of scheduled customer orders. Complete all required paperwork. Perform quality assurance checks and flag any defective material. Input accurate data into our computer systems and use Word, Excel, and Outlook. Keep the facility clean by following a 5S schedule and participate in all initiatives. Cross‑train in departments and on machines as needed. Physical Requirements Work 12‑hour days while walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting. Lift up to 50lbs and occasionally 100lbs.
