Collections/Billing Specialist (Temporary)

Bethlehem, PA | $30.00/Hour | Full-Time | Temporary

We are seeking an experienced Collections/Billing Specialist for a temporary assignment with a growing company located in Bethlehem, PA . This is a full-time, on-site opportunity expected to last 3 months to 1 year , depending on project needs.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay

• $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve misapplied payments within the Accounts Receivable department.
• Investigate billing discrepancies and reconcile customer accounts.
• Review vendor payments to identify and resolve duplicate payments.
• Utilize QuickBooks to support billing, payment research, and account reconciliation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring timely account reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Collections, Billing, or Accounts Receivable.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks is required.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
