Senior Clinical RN: Wellness & High-Risk Care Coordinator

UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Senior Clinical Admin RN in Sussex or West Allis, WI. This role involves promoting wellness among employees and coordinating healthcare for high-risk members. You will engage with members via predictive modeling, ensuring timely care and education. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Wisconsin RN license and have at least 2 years of acute care nursing experience.
