Neurology Physician

• Start Date: May 10, 2026.
• Contract Length: Ongoing (13-week initial blocks).
• Schedule: 4 shifts per week (9-hour shifts).
• Shift Times: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Flexible Monday Sunday options).
• Work-Life Balance: No formal night call required.
• Support Staff: APPs on staff for rounding and clinical support.
• EMR: EPIC (Required proficiency).

• Average Daily Census: Up to 12 patients per day.
• Patient Population: Adults (18+).
• Department Focus: Comprehensive stroke facility.
• Responsibilities: On-site stroke call/response.
• Tele-neurology support for off-site locations.
• General neurology inpatient consultations during the day.
• Procedures: None required.

• Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Neurology.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience post-residency/fellowship.
• Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) Medical License in hand (Required). No 'willing to license' candidates.
• Certifications: Active DEA with a PA address registration.
• Documentation: NPDB self-query dated within 6 months.
• Full 7-year work history or list of last 10 assignments.
• Full disclosure of all malpractice history.

• Standard Timeframe: 90 days.
• Temporary Privileges: Available only for 'true urgent needs' and clean, non-complex files; must be approved at the start of the process.
• Deadline: Provider must be fully cleared 2 business days prior to the May 10th start date.
