Customer Service Representative - Collections

Customer Service Rep. TraineeVarious (0 thru 12 months)Duties:Process paperwork related to departmental activities and establish and maintain files and records, including those of a confidential nature.Operate a computerized word processing system to produce letters, reports, forms, and other printed documents.Perform various clerical duties, such as typing, filing, and recording. Answer telephone responding to general inquiries; direct customers to the appropriate area.Prepare and execute documents such as notes, disclosures, rescissions, and checklists.Issue the proceeds checks.Perform a variety of duties related to the processing and administration of existing loans in the following areas; consumer lending, commercial lending, and mortgage lending.Perform all other related duties as assigned.QualificationsEducation:High School/GED or better.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
