• Outpatient behavioral health position focused exclusively on children and adolescents
• Provide therapy and behavioral health services within a pediatric population
• Work in a mission-driven nonprofit healthcare organization
• Practice with a high degree of clinical autonomy
• Focus on improving behavioral health outcomes for children and families SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000
• Student Loan Repayment Potential up to $50,000

• Active Florida LCSW License REQUIRED
Preferred:• Pediatric behavioral health experience
• Child and adolescent therapy experience
• Family-focused behavioral health experience
