Sales Representative – Construction & Roofing Industry

Location: Greater San Dieog Area

Earnings: $100,000 – $280,000+ per year (Uncapped High-Commission)

Key Responsibilities

• Meet directly with warm, high-intent leads on-site to consult on their specific project needs.
• Provide honest, tailored solutions and generate accurate project estimates using our proprietary software.
• Manage customer and internal communication seamlessly through our CRM.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, manage job schedules, and oversee project handoffs to guarantee total customer satisfaction.
