With strong community demand and an established referral base, patient volumes are expected to grow rapidly.This new practice offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of a close‑knit, scenic community—supported by Intermountain Health’s integrated system, resources, and commitment to quality care.You would work 4 days per week in a beautiful, newly renovated multi-specialty clinicAs the program grows, rounding in the morning may be required at Cassia Regional Hospital , a 25-bed critical access hospitalNo call or weekends, but may be called on occasion for a hospital consultYou would be supported by a Medical Assistant in the clinicCase review meetings happen 2 times per month with the northern Utah teams, along with a journal club once a monthHospital administration is engaging and supportiveHow we'll support you:Compensation: Our generous compensation begins with a 4 day work week salary of $457,100. There is up to $90,000 in continuous improvement bonuses available in year two.
