Production Assembly Associate

Malta, NY Starting Pay: $19.00–$20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Experience: Prior assembly or production experience preferred, but not required

We're looking for dependable and detail-oriented Product Assemblers to join our growing production team! This is a hands-on position focused on assembling LED lighting fixtures, wiring components, and completing light product assembly tasks. No heavy equipment operation is required, and comprehensive on-the-job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble LED lighting fixtures and related components according to specifications
• Perform basic wiring and electrical component assembly
• Follow assembly instructions, work orders, and quality standards
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and production leads
• Cross-train in multiple assembly areas as needed
• Meet production goals while maintaining attention to detail
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or automotive mechanical environments is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to be cross-trained in different production functions
• Ability to perform light assembly work throughout the shift
