Job Title: Sales Support Administrator I

Location: Sarasota, FL

Duration: 3+ Month Contract

Work Mode: Onsite
Pay: 44/hr, W 2
Summary:

Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and supporting daily sales activities.
Working Hours: Some flexibility with preference for EST 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities:

Assist sales representatives by preparing quotes, contracts, and sales orders.
Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM (SAP) systems.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner.
Process purchase orders and coordinate order fulfillment with relevant departments.
Generate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-ups.
Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Liaise with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics, marketing) to facilitate sales activities.
Assist in organizing sales events or promotional campaigns as needed.

Requirements:

1-3 years experience in a similar role.
Skills in Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and SAP. (MUST BE ON RESUME)
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills with other team members.

Preferred Skills:

Previous work experience in SAP is preferred.
