Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (active and in good standing)
• Experience working within school settings, ideally with therapeutic or social-emotional programming
• Comfort with K-8 populations
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with educational and clinical staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to K-8 students across two closely located schools
• Oversee a caseload of 40 students, supporting classrooms of 5-6 students each
• Train behavior technicians (BTs) and registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and consultations
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team (no 1:1 direct student counseling required)
• Contribute to students’ successful transitions to general education settings
